After simmering in a constant emotional state of resentment and dissatisfaction for decades, I decided that something had to give.
I dove into all of the modalities and books. I began meditating daily. I became an Akashic Practitioner and got Dreamporting Mastery certified. I became aware of the bigger picture.
Since then, I rarely yell at my boys. I no longer have dark days. I have more patience. I am more peaceful & content. But I still restack the dishwasher when no one is looking.
